Thank God for Jesus! :)

~ 1 Peter 2:18 ~25 ~
18 Slaves, submit yourselves to your masters with all respect,
not only to those who are good and considerate, but also to those who are harsh.
19 For it is commendable if a man bears up under the pain of unjust suffering
because he is conscious of God.

@@@ i am able to endure suffering (if it really comes, that is) because i am conscious of God, not only because it is a commendable thing to do... WOw! Victory to any suffering! :)

20 But how is it to your credit if you receive a beating for doing wrong and endure it?
But if you suffer for doing good and you endure it, this is commendable before God.
21 To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you,
leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps.
22"He committed no sin,
and no deceit was found in his mouth."
23 When they hurled their insults at him, he did not retaliate;
when he suffered, he made no threats.
Instead, he entrusted himself to him who judges justly.

@@@ i am also able to endure suffering, if i entrust myself to God who judges JUSTLY, juz like what Jesus did! :) Help me Lord Jesus, to commit no sin, no deceit to be found in my mouth...

24 He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree,
so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness;
by his wounds you have been healed.
25 For you were like sheep going astray,
but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls. "

@@@ I am like a lost sheep found... i have been returned to the Shephard and the Overseer of my soul. I am not in want anymore... Thank You GOD! :)

Am I conscious of GOd today?
Have I entrusted myself to God today?

Thank you Lord Jesus for the work you had done for me on the cross, so that i can live for righteousness and by your wounds i have been healed. Help me Lord to be conscious of God everyday, the wonderful Shepherd and OVerseer of my soul. You know my everything, my every thought, my every need... Empower me Lord with your Holy Spirit! :) i want more of YOu every day! More of your JOy and Peace! :) thank you LORD! :)

Forgive me Lord for not entrusting myself to you... How silly i am to depend on my own strength! YOu have the best for me -- my future, my family, my friends! :) Thank You LORD JEsus! :)
